After the Elopement
Now that the elopement is over and you're married, here is what to expect next! Check out the timeline below to find out when to expect your photos, and see what comes next after our time together.
1 Week: Preview Gallery
Within one week of the elopement, I will send you a digital preview gallery of about 20-30 edited, high-resolution images. I will edit a few photos from each section of the day so you can get a feel for what the final gallery will look like. This is your chance to look over them and let me know if there is anything you would like changed or adjusted with the general editing style. Take a look through them and let me know what you think! I won't be offended if you would like something adjusted. You are free to download and share these preview images as well.
10 Weeks: Final Gallery Delivery
I will deliver your final gallery within 2 months (10 weeks) of the elopement. I try to get your gallery finished faster than that, but the 10 weeks gives me extra time in case something unexpected happens. You'll get an email from me with a link to the gallery of edited, high-resolution photos. Once you receive the final gallery, you can still let me know if you'd like anything adjusted with the images. You can download the photos, share them, print them, or use them for any other personal purpose. When I deliver your final gallery, I'll also send you a print credit (if your package includes it) and a feedback questionnaire.
2-8 Weeks: Editing
For the next few weeks, I'll be editing your gallery. I'll pick out the best photos and edit each one individually. Keep an eye on my social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) because I will probably share some of the images from your preview gallery!
Photo Delivery Timeline
48 Hours: Initial Previews
I try to get you a few photos as soon as possible! I'll send you 3-5 initial images within 48 hours of the elopement day. I try to get them to you within 24 hours, but I say 48 just in case. You are welcome to share these on social media if you'd like.
Use Your Print Credit
All of my elopement packages come with a print credit, which means you have a designated value of free credit to use in the print shop that is built into your digital gallery. You can use the credit to order prints, canvases, metal art, albums, and more! When I deliver your gallery, you will get a separate email with your print credit code. The code will also be displayed in a banner across the top of your digital gallery. The print credit is valid for 6 months from the day I send it to you, and you'll get a few reminder emails from me about it.
Leave Me a Review
Reviews mean the absolute world to me and are so helpful for my business. If you loved working with me, consider leaving me a public review on Google. I would greatly appreciate it! I also ask you for a testimonial in your feedback questionnaire, which is great, but a public review is even better. You can even copy and paste your testimonial from the questionnaire into Google to make it easier.
Complete Feedback Questionnaire
A few days after I deliver your gallery, I will send you a separate email with a link to a feedback questionnaire. It should only take you a few minutes to fill it out, but this is your opportunity to give me feedback on what you thought of your whole photography session experience. Seeing feedback helps me so much, so I really appreciate it when couples fill out the questionnaire. Be honest and don't worry about offending me. Your feedback helps me make the photography experience even better for future clients!
