I'm a Delaware-based outdoor enthusiast and photographer specializing in capturing adventurous people and beautiful places. I'm most passionate about connecting people with the outdoors. I believe that life is one big adventure, and that adventure is worth capturing. Most days you'll find me by the ocean looking for horseshoe crabs with a camera.  In addition to wedding photography, I'm also the marketing director for Delaware State Parks. 

Being a wedding photographer is an honor that I do not take lightly. I believe your wedding day should represent who you are and bring you joy. Do you love hiking? Let's go hiking. Do you love the beach? Let's go there. Would you rather elope than have a large wedding? Great. Want to get married in a National Park? I'm there. I always make sure to get the classic smile-at-the-camera photos, but I am also committed to capturing genuine, authentic, FUN moments that happen throughout the day.

My Approach

How did I get here? 

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and studied graphic design and environmental science at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana (Go Irish!). After graduating in 2016, I got a job as a naturalist at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Delaware. I bought my first camera and moved to Delaware. While at working at the park, I started taking photos of the landscapes and eventually that led to taking photos of events and then weddings. 

After a summer at Cape Henlopen, I was offered a job in the marketing department for Delaware State Parks and moved to Dover, Delaware. In 2018 I became the marketing director for Delaware State Parks, and I still work hold this position full time in addition to wedding photography. I still love landscape photography, and I oversee all photography and videography for Delaware State Parks. 

I love both my jobs, and I love how I can incorporate my love for the outdoors in everything that I do.
